If you're having issues with your Clean Steam Pro unit, please follow the configuration steps below:
- If the unit is not turning on, please ensure it is fully charged. It should take 4-6 hours for the unit to be fully charged. Once the Clean Steam Pro is fully charged, it can run for 60 minutes of continuous operation.
- If the blue light is flickering, this means that the unit needs to be charged. Please use the charging cable included in the package to charge the Clean Steam Pro safely.
- If the unit is not picking up dust and dirt, please remove the brushes on the back of the machine and clean them carefully. Once they have been cleaned, please reattach them to the unit and turn the unit back on. The Clean Steam Pro should now pick up dust and dirt again.
- Once the dust box is full, please remove the covering and empty the box. Once it is emptied, please replace the covering and ensure it is secure.
